Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of learning agility, work life balance, and organizational culture on job satisfaction among healthcare workers at RSIA Fauziah Tulungagung. This research applied a quantitative approach using a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires to healthcare workers employed at RSIA Fauziah Tulungagung. The population of this study consisted of all healthcare workers in the hospital, while the sample included 62 respondents selected based on the appropriate sampling technique. The collected data were processed and analyzed using SPSS version 25 to examine the relationships and effects among the research variables, both partially and simultaneously. The results of the study indicate that learning agility has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. This finding shows that healthcare workers who are able to learn quickly, adapt to changes, and effectively deal with work challenges tend to have higher levels of job satisfaction. In addition, organizational culture also has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. A supportive, harmonious, and collaborative organizational culture can create a comfortable work environment that improves employee satisfaction. Meanwhile, work life balance does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction, indicating that the balance between personal life and work is not the main factor influencing job satisfaction among healthcare workers at RSIA Fauziah Tulungagung. However, the simultaneous test results reveal that learning agility, work life balance, and organizational culture collectively have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Therefore, the hospital management is expected to improve employees' adaptive abilities and strengthen organizational culture in order to enhance job satisfaction and support the continuous improvement of healthcare service quality.
