Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Digital HRM on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable among employees in the Human Capital Division of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. The sample consisted of 32 respondents selected through total sampling technique. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS software. The results show that Digital HRM has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. However, Digital HRM does not have a significant direct effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction successfully acts as a significant mediating variable in the relationship between Digital HRM and employee performance. Descriptively, the variables of Digital HRM, job satisfaction, and employee performance are in the moderate category. This study implies that the success of Digital HRM implementation in improving employee performance is largely influenced through increasing job satisfaction first. Therefore, companies are advised to improve the quality of the Digital HRM system (SINTA) and other supporting aspects to create a better employee experience.
