Abstract
The criminal act of molestation of minors is one form of crime that is very detrimental to victims and society. Therefore, the management of criminal acts of molestation of minors is a serious concern for the government and society. In the sociological review of law, the management of criminal acts of molestation of minors involves various social factors, such as norms, values, and cultures that develop in society.
In countering the criminal act of molestation of minors, legal sociology emphasizes the importance of prevention through education and socialization. In addition, sociology of law also highlights the importance of fair and effective law enforcement in handling cases of criminal acts of molestation of minors. This involves the important role of various legal institutions, such as the police, the prosecutor's office, and the courts.
In the sociological review of law, countering the criminal act of molestation of minors also involves an important role of society. The community must have awareness and responsibility to protect children from criminal acts of molestation. This can be done through various ways, such as reporting cases of criminal acts of molestation that occur, providing support to victims, and educating the public about the dangers of criminal acts of molestation of minors.
In conclusion, a review of legal sociology shows that tackling the criminal act of molestation of minors involves various social factors and requires cooperation from various parties, both governments, legal institutions, and society. With integrated efforts and synergy, it is hoped that the criminal acts of molestation of minors can be prevented and eradicated effectively.
