OPTIMALISASI KINERJA PADA SUB BAGIAN RAPAT DAN RISALAH SEKRETARIAT DPRD DALAM PELAKSANAAN TUGAS POKOK DPRD KOTA SURABAYA

This study aims to explain the optimization of the performance of the
DPRD secretariat in the sub-sections of meetings and minutes of the City
of Surabaya. Performance optimization itself is a form of effort to improve
employee performance results. Through performance optimization it can
be seen how good the quality of performance that has been carried out by
employees. This study used descriptive qualitative method. To examine the
problems that exist in this study, the authors use performance optimization
indicators consisting of people or HR, culture or culture, campony or
agencies. Data was collected in fieldwork at the Surabaya City DPRD
office and also through several references to journal articles. The results
of this study indicate that practically optimization of performance in the
meeting and minutes section has been carried out. However, based on the
results of the author's observations while in the field, it shows that the
workload received by the staff writing the treatises is not proportional to
the number of existing papers. This condition causes the process of
completing the minutes not to reach the target of completing the minutes,
namely for 1-2 days. Meanwhile, in practice, treatises can be completed in 2-3 days. This condition certainly affects the performance achievement
