Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, work motivation, and work ethic on employee performance at the Batu City DPRD Secretariat Office. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research type. The population in this study were all 66 employees of the Batu City DPRD Secretariat. The sampling technique used saturated sampling so that all members of the population became research respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that work discipline, work motivation, and work ethic have a positive and significant effect on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. In addition, work motivation is proven to be the most dominant variable influencing employee performance. These findings indicate that improving work discipline, work motivation, and work ethic can improve the quality of employee performance in supporting organizational effectiveness and public services.
