Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of knowledge management and leadership style on employee work motivation in CV. Cahaya Putra Sentosa. This study uses a quantitative method with a total of 104 CV employees. Cahaya Putra Sentosa. The data collection technique used a questionnaire through a g-form with Likert scale measurements. The data analysis methods used include scale range, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient, and hypothesis test using SPSS software. The results of the study show that knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation. Leadership style also has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation. In addition, the knowledge management variable is the most dominant variable that affects employee work motivation in CVs. Cahaya Putra Sentosa. The results of this research are expected to be a consideration for companies in increasing employee work motivation through the application of knowledge management and effective leadership styles
