Abstract

The research conducted in this thesis examines the quality of population administration services at the Landungsari Village Office, Malang Regency, utilizing the principles and theoretical foundations established by Christopher Pollitt and Geert Bouckaert, namely accessibility, reliability, and responsiveness.
The principle of accessibility is examined and operationalized into an evaluation of service facilities and infrastructure at the Landungsari Village Office, as well as the performance improvement of its government officials. The principle of reliability is defined through public service standards and the competence of government officials at the Landungsari Village Office to assess its optimization. Lastly, the principle of responsiveness is operationalized into the speed and accuracy of services, along with the consistency of staff in delivering those services.
Based on these three principles, it can be concluded that the quality of population administration services at the Landungsari Village Office, Malang Regency, is optimally implemented, and the local community has experienced the positive impact of orderly village governance. As a follow-up, this research suggests that village officials must ensure continuous alignment between administrative procedures and their practical implementation.
