Abstract

Employee performance plays a crucial role in determining the success of an organization, including PT Telkom Malang, which prioritizes service quality and employee productivity. This study aims to examine the influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously, as well as to identify the dominant variable affecting performance. This research employed a quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT Telkom Malang. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The results indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, work motivation and work discipline significantly influence employee performance, with work discipline being the most dominant factor. These findings suggest that improving employee performance at PT Telkom Malang can be achieved through strengthening motivation and implementing consistent work discipline within the organization.
