Abstract
In an effort to achieve educational equity, inclusive education offers opportunities for all students, including children with special needs (ABK), to study together in traditional schools. Indonesia continues to face various obstacles in the implementation of this initiative, including a lack of inclusive culture in schools, inadequate infrastructure, and limited teacher support. Responding to these challenges, SD Negeri Mojorejo 01 has developed an innovative program called MOSA BEBRUDI (Mojorejo One with an Inclusive Culture) since 2017 as an effort to build an inclusive culture systematically and sustainably.
Descriptive research is used to complement the qualitative approach applied in this investigation. School principals, class instructors, and students with special needs are research informants. The three main methods of data collection are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out in three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The credibility of the analysis is assessed through triangulation of sources and techniques.
The results of the study are expected to provide a real picture of the implementation of the MOSA BERBUDI (Mojorejo Satu Berbudaya Inclusive) program as an inclusive program based on school culture covering aspects of planning, implementation, and evaluation at SD Negeri Mojorejo 01. In addition, this research is expected to identify obstacles and solutions in inclusive learning, as well as become a reference for other schools in realizing equitable education for all students.
