Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training on job satisfaction with career development as a moderating variable. The dependent variable in this study is job satisfaction, the independent variable is training and the moderating variable is career development. The object of research is maintenance division employees of PT. Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology Banjarbaru, the data collection technique used is to collect data through distributing questionnaires to 60 employees. This test uses the help of Smart PLS on 60 employees at PT. Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology Banjarbaru. The test results prove that the variable Training affects job satisfaction, Training has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Career Development moderates the effect of Training on Job Satisfaction
