ANALISIS SISTEM PENJADWALAN MESIN PADA USAHA CUCI MOBIL CAR WASH76 DI MALANG

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the machine scheduling system at car wash76 in Malang. This study was motivated by car wash76 to overcome problems related to scheduling. The Job Shop Scheduling method is the process of arranging the sequence of jobs or tasks that must be completed by a system within a certain time limit, with the main goal of maximizing efficiency, reducing waiting time, and utilizing resources optimally. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this analysis indicate that the scheduling system method currently implemented by Car Wash76, namely the FCFS (First Come First Served) method, is not optimal because it has not been able to manage variations in service duration efficiently, resulting in long queues and relatively long customer waiting times. According to the results of calculations and analysis using the job shop scheduling method or the sequence of job priority rules, the most recommended method to minimize delays in processing time at the Car wash76 company is to use the SPT (Shortest Processing Time) method.
