Abstract
Malang city is a city located in East Java Province that experience traffic congestion at several points, one of which is in the Kayutangan Heritage area, caused by the use of road shoulders as parking spaces. Therefor, the construction of a parking building is planned, which includes the design of superstructure, substructure, and construction management planning.
The main structure of the parking building is designed using reinforced concrete with a capacity to accommodate 174 four-wheeled vehicles. For the substructures, core pile foundations with a diameter of 0,5 m are used. The construction of the parking building is planned to be completed within 48 weeks with a total budget of IDR. 23.637.285.552,25.
