Advisors: (I)Belinda Dewi Regina, S.Pd, M.Pd, (II)Abdurrohman Muzakki, M.Pd Tlekung 02 Elementary School, reading comprehension skills have been found to be very low. This is evidenced by the results of the cycle test, which successfully reached 30% of students. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to improve the reading comprehension skills of fifth grade students at Tlekung 02 Elementary School, Batu City, by implementing the multiliteracy model through picture stories. This study used classroom action research, which is commonly used in this research. Referring to the spiral model, which consists of four main stages: planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. In the research, it was conducted three times through observation, interviews, and questionnaire distribution techniques. The results demonstrated an improvement in teachers' ability to improve students' skills using the multiliteracy model. The scores for cycle 1 were 3.2, reading skills were 3.3, and cycle 2 was 3.17. The scores for cycle 2 were 3.85. This suggests that there has been an improvement in both teacher and student skills after using the multiliteracy model during learning.
