Abstract
Jelbuk-Sumberkalong Road, Jember Regency, is a village road with a 2-lane, 2-way divided road type with a length of 3.6 km for each lane. This road condition uses flexible pavement and has a damaged road condition. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out appropriate treatment planning by assessing road damage conditions using the PCI method by conducting direct observations of field conditions and carrying out road damage repair designs in accordance with existing treatment conditions using the Flexible Pavement Thickness Planning Procedure Using the 2017 Bina Marga Method. what thickness of pavement is appropriate, also analyze how much costs are needed if using flexible pavement. The condition of road damage on the Jelbuk-Sumberkalong road section from the analysis results showed that the damage rating was bad, good and moderate. The design of pavement repairs on the Jelbuk-Sumberkalong road section with an average PCI value of 43 is handled with reconstruction, rehabilitation and routine/periodic work. The cost of pavement repairs required in planning the thickness of the added layer costs IDR 3,335,811,888.36.
