Penerapan K3 di PT. X Dalam Perspektif Kepatuhan Terhadap Perundang-undangan Ketenagakerjaan

This study aims to analyze the implementation of occupational safety and health (OHS) at PT. X from the perspective of compliance with labor laws and regulations, and to identify efforts made to improve the effectiveness of OHS implementation. This study uses an empirical juridical method, conducted through interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that PT. X has basically implemented an OHS management system in accordance with applicable provisions, such as the preparation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), the provision of personal protective equipment (PPE), and the implementation of periodic supervision and evaluation. However, the effectiveness of OHS implementation has not been fully optimal because there are still obstacles, especially related to human factors (human error), lack of consistent supervision, and non-compliance by some workers with occupational safety procedures. Occupational accidents that occur not only impact workers, but also cause losses for the company, such as material losses, production process obstacles, decreased product quality, and disruption to the delivery process. In an effort to improve the effectiveness of OHS implementation, PT. X has taken various steps, including periodic OHS training, increased supervision, and efforts to build worker awareness and compliance with the importance of occupational safety.
