Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of green recruitment and green training on organizational citizenship behaviour for environment with employee involvement as a moderating variable at PT Satwa Farm in Blitar Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The population in this study consisted of all 50 employees, and a saturated sampling technique was applied so that the entire population was used as the sample. The analysis technique employed in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results indicate that green training has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behaviour for environment. Meanwhile, green recruitment does not have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behaviour for environment, and employee involvement also does not have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behaviour for environment. In addition, green recruitment and green training do not have a significant effect on employee involvement. Employee involvement is also not able to moderate the influence of green recruitment or green training on organizational citizenship behaviour for environment.
