Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and transactional leadership style on employee loyalty at PR Rodia Sejahtera. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a survey design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 103 employees from the rolling, packaging, warehouse, sorting, and marketing divisions. The data analysis techniques employed include scale range analysis and multiple linear regression using SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. In addition, transactional leadership style also has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Simultaneously, compensation and transactional leadership style have a significant effect on employee loyalty. This implies that the better the compensation provided and the more effective the implementation of transactional leadership style, the higher the level of employee loyalty.
