Abstract

This study aims to describe work-life balance, employee performance, and work stress in employees of PT. Maan Ghodaqo Shiddiq Lestari (MAAQO), as well as to determine and analyze the effect of work-life balance on employee performance, the effect of work-life balance on work stress, the effect of work stress on employee performance, and the effect of work-life balance on employee performance through work stress as a mediating variable. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Maan Ghodaqo Shiddiq Lestari, totaling 110 employees, using total sampling technique. The analysis method used was Partial Least Square (PLS. The results showed that work-life balance had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work-life balance had a positive and significant effect on work stress, work stress had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work-life balance on employee performance through work stress as a mediating variable showed significant results, so it can be concluded that work stress is able to mediate the effect of work-life balance on employee performance at PT. Maan Ghodaqo Shiddiq Lestari (MAAQO).
