This study aims to analyze and explain the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance, determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership on employee work motivation, determine and analyze the influence of work motivation on employee performance, and determine and analyze the influence of work motivation as a mediator of transformational leadership on employee performance at PT Sumber Lancar Jombang. The study employed an explanatory research method conducted through field data collection. The population and sample were 42 employees of PT Sumber Lancar Jombang. Data analysis used the SEM PLS statistical method, along with hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. The results indicate that transformational leadership style is considered high, impacting employee performance at PT Sumber Lancar Jombang. Transformational leadership style is considered high, impacting employee work motivation at PT Sumber Lancar Jombang. Work motivation at PT Sumber Lancar Jombang acts as a mediating variable in the relationship between transformational leadership style and employee performance at PT Sumber Lancar Jombang.
