Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior, with organizational commitment as a mediating variable, among employees at Hotel Selecta. This study employed explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The study population consisted of 53 employees, all of whom were sampled using a total sampling technique. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. The data analysis methods used were scale range and Structural Equation Modeling, Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) version 4.0.9.9. The results showed that perceived organizational support had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, perceived organizational support had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational commitment mediated the relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior.
