PENGARUH SPIRITUAL INTELLIGENCE, PESANTREN CULTURE DAN ADVERSITY QUOTIENT TERHADAP EMPLOYEE RESILIENCE

This study aims to analyse the influence of spiritual intelligence, pesantren culture, and adversity quotient on employee resilience. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 80 respondents using saturated sampling techniques. Data analysis used multiple linear regression processed with Stata 17 software to test the partial influence of each independent variable on employee resilience. The results showed that spiritual intelligence had a significant effect on employee resilience, pesantren culture had no significant effect on employee resilience, and adversity quotient had a significant effect on employee resilience.
