Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program “Zero Waste Warriors” carried out by PT PLN Pusharlis at Regol Park Square, Bandung City, in supporting Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 11 on Sustainable Cities and Communities. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the program implementation is conducted through several stages, namely planning, preparation, execution, monitoring and evaluation, and reporting. The program is realized through the provision of drop boxes for plastic waste sorting, park and river clean-up activities, revitalization of park facilities, and education on waste management based on the 5R zero waste principles. The implementation involves various stakeholders, including Filantra, Pasirluyu Village, Regol District, the GOBER Community, and the Bandung City Environmental Agency. The program has a positive impact on environmental cleanliness and increases public awareness of waste management, although behavioral changes are not yet optimal due to the lack of sustainability. Conceptually, this program aligns with the Triple Bottom Line and the principles of social responsibility in ISO 26000. Overall, the Zero Waste Warriors program contributes to achieving SDG 11, but still requires continuous assistance and increased community participation to optimize its impact.
