Abstract

This study, titled "Development of a Miniature Energy Conversion Media (MIKOGI) for Science Learning on Energy Transformation for Grade 4 Students at SDN 1 Tawangargo," was conducted by Rizky Andrian Ramadhan, NIM 201910430311195. This research was carried out at SDN 1 TAWANGARGO in the first semester of 2023-2024.
This research was motivated by the phenomenon of students feeling bored during the learning process due to simple learning media and the use of lecture and demonstration methods, causing students to quickly become bored during the learning process. The purpose of this study was to facilitate students in understanding the material and addressing the limitations of the media used in learning. The data analysis technique used in this study was qualitative and quantitative using the ADDIE research model. This research produced a product development of learning media in the form of MIKOGI (Miniature Energy Conversion) for the material of energy transformation in grade 4 at SDN 1 Tawangargo. MIKOGI media has been proven to improve students' understanding of energy transformation, as indicated by the better learning outcomes of students after using the media.
