Abstract
This study aims to determine the strategies and supporting factors used by teachers to overcome students' difficulties in reading Arabic texts. Problems: students' difficulties in recognizing and pronouncing Hijaiyah letters, low vocabulary mastery, lack of confidence in reading Arabic texts, differences in students' ability backgrounds, and limited learning time and supporting media. This study used a qualitative approach with case studies, with Arabic language teachers as the research subjects. Data collection methods included interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model. The results showed that the strategies used by teachers were: Indonesian transliteration, reading aloud, individual assistance, the use of educational games, and motivation and reinforcement.
