Abstract
Grade IV students of SDN mulyoagung 1 still have difficulate in learning natural science studies, especially photosynthesis process materials and the lack of the use of interactive multimedia make students less interested in learning. This research aims to develop an interactive learning media based on articulate storyline 3 in the learning of natural science studies of photosynthesis process materials in grade IV of SDN Mulyoagung 1. This interactive learning media is made by combining multimedia in the form of text, images, animations, audio, video and other interactive buttons.
The research uses the method (Research and Development) with a model using the five-stage ADDIE model, namely: analyze, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The process of developing interactive multimedia based on articulate storyline 3 is carried out through several stages, namely analyzing characteristics, needs and materials in grade IV elementary school students. Making a draft or simple design of interactive multimedia to be developed, after the draft of the interactive multimedia design is completed, the next step is to realize the interactive multimedia in file form. The next step is to conduct a feasibility test by validating material validation experts and media validation experts. The next stage is the implementation or trial of interactive multimedia based on articulate storyline 3 as a learning medium for grade IV students of SDN Mulyoagung 1 to find out the attractiveness of interactive multimedia based on articulate storyline 3 in learning. The last stage is the evaluation stage to find out the advantages and disadvantages of interactive multimedia based on articulate storyline 3 as a learning medium in the learning process.
The results of the research on the development of interactive multimedia based on articulate storyline 3 as a learning medium can be said to be feasible based on the validation of the material as large as 83,3% and the media validation as large as 88,6%. The results of the students' responses were as large as 96,8% and the results of the teacher's response were 100% with the category of feasible sanagat. Based on the results of the response questionnaire, it can be concluded that interactive multimedia based on articulate storyline 3 on the material of the photosynthesis process in grade IV elementary school used by students is feasible and interesting to be used as a learning medium in learning activities to catch up in class.
