ANALISIS KESEJAHTERAAN PEKERJA BANGUNAN DI KOTA TANGERANG

This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive and inferential methods. The study was conducted on unskilled construction workers working on construction projects in Tangerang City. Data were collected through questionnaires to 50 respondents selected directly at the project site. The variables analyzed include socioeconomic conditions, labor protection, and worker welfare levels. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression statistical analysis to determine the effect of socioeconomic variables on construction worker welfare. This study shows that construction worker welfare is influenced by a combination of economic, social, and working conditions factors.
