Abstract

This research was conducted to determine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance mediated by organizational commitment at CV. Lufdy Family in Mojokerto. This study employed a quantitative method, with data collected through questionnaires. The sample consisted of 32 employees, and the data were analyzed using the PLS-SEM technique. The results showed that the organizational commitment variable at CV. Lufdy Family was categorized as very high. Job satisfaction was categorized as very satisfied, and employee performance was also categorized as very high. Job satisfaction had no significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction had a significant effect on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment also had a significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, job satisfaction had a significant effect on employee performance through organizational commitment as a mediating variable.
