Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of human resource management (HRM)
in increasing employee loyalty at the Museum Angkut, Batu City. Using descriptive
analysis with qualitative methods, data was obtained through observation,
documentation, and interviews with five key informants. This study used a qualitative
method using informants from Museum Angkut employees. The results showed that the
implementation of HRM was carried out through selective recruitment, regular
training, indicator-based performance evaluation, and the provision of appropriate
compensation and work protection. Open communication, a supportive work
environment, and career development opportunities are supporting factors for loyalty.
However, challenges such as turnover, seasonal workload, and contract uncertainty
were still found. Overall, HRM practices have an important role in shaping employee
loyalty and improving the quality of Museum Angkut's services.
