Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence customer switching from conventional banks to Islamic banks among customers of BTPN Syariah. Using a quantitative approach, the research involved 150 BTPN Syariah customers as respondents. Data were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The study also included instrument testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that all independent variables religiosity, accessibility, and social factors have a positive and significant influence on customer switching behavior.
