Abstract

The study aims to analyze the influence of organizational citizenship
behavior and the work environment on employee performance at Mitra Swalayan.
This study was conducted on store employees at Mitra Swalayan with a total of 50
respondents. The sampling technique used was total sampling, data collection was
carried out using questionnaires given to store employees at Mitra Swalayan. Data
analysis techniques used were scale range and multiple linier regression. The result
of this study indicate that organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) has a positive
and significant effect on employee performance. Then, the result also state that the
work environment also has a positive and significant effect on employee
performance.
