EFEKTIVITAS PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM CSR PT SEMEN INDONESIA (PERSERO) TBK BIDANG PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT (Studi Pada Forum Masyarakat Kokoh (FMK) Di Desa Tuwiri Wetan, Kabupaten Tuban)

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a form of corporate responsibility toward communities surrounding operational areas. PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Tuban Plant implements community empowerment CSR programs through the Forum Masyarakat Kokoh (FMK) as the implementing institution at the village level. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Forum Masyarakat Kokoh (FMK) in implementing community empowerment CSR programs in Tuwiri Wetan Village, Tuban Regency. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, with research subjects selected purposively, including CSR representatives of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Tuban Plant, FMK administrators, and program beneficiaries. Data analysis used an interactive model consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was ensured through source triangulation. The results indicate that FMK plays an effective role in implementing community empowerment CSR programs. This effectiveness is reflected in participatory program planning, effective coordination and facilitation, increased community participation, and the maintenance of transparency and accountability in program implementation. The empowerment programs implemented have also provided tangible benefits, particularly in enhancing community capacity and economic self-reliance.
