Evaluasi Penerapan Monitoring Artificial Intelligence dalam Sistem Informasi pada PT. X

This study aims to analyze the implementation of an employee attendance system based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) using face recognition technology and to identify factors influencing system performance in monitoring attendance activities. This research applies a qualitative approach with data collection techniques consisting of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the face recognition-based attendance system improves efficiency in attendance recording, reduces manual recording errors, and supports more accurate monitoring processes. However, system effectiveness is also influenced by technical aspects, environmental conditions, and organizational management practices. Therefore, continuous evaluation and monitoring are required to ensure optimal system performance.
