ANALISIS EFEKTIVITAS PENDAMPINGAN MANAJEMEN USAHA PADA UMKM BINAAN SEBAGAI SALAH SATU PROGRAM TJSL PT SEMEN INDONESIA (PERSERO) TBK DALAM MENDUKUNG PENCAPAIAN SDGs

This study aims to assess the effectiveness of the MSME business management assistance program implemented by PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk in Supporting the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study evaluastes the impact of the program on improving the managering capacity, innovation, and market competitiveness of the assisted MSMEs. The research focuses on three MSMEs in Gresik, namely Bandeng Mentari, Otak-Otak Bandeng Fitri, and Damar Kurung. The results show that although the proram provides benefits in business development, its effectiveness is limited by the lack of continuous monitoring and follow-up after training. This program contributes to the achievement of SDG 1 (No. Poverty), SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), and SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, Infrastructure), but improvements are needed in program design and continued sipport to increase its long-trem impact.
