FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MENENTUKAN KEPUTUSAN ADOPSI QRIS: ANALISIS TOE FRAMEWORK PADA UMKM DI KOTA TERNATE

The adoption of the Quick Response Code Indonesia Standard (QRIS) digital payment system is one of the most important strategies in encouraging the digital transformation of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). However, the adoption rate of QRIS among MSMEs remains uneven and is influenced by various factors. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the decision to adopt QRIS among MSMEs in Ternate City, based on the Technology Organization Environment (TOE) framework. This study uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire survey of 384 MSME actors in Ternate City. The data obtained was analyzed using the Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) methodology. The results showed that environmental factors had a significant positive effect on the decision to adopt QRIS, whereas technology and organizational factors did not. Research indicates that external pressures, government support, and market competition are the primary factors driving MSMEs to adopt QRIS. The determination coefficient (R²) of 0.724 demonstrates that this research model has strong explanatory power. The uniqueness of this study lies in its application of the TOE framework within a specific context.
