Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of Coosae, an agricultural technology-based MSME supported by Narasumber.id, in supporting digital marketing strategies to improve its financial performance. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation of financial reports for the March–October 2025 period. The analysis was conducted using profitability ratios (NPM, ROA, and ROE). The results show that the implementation of digital marketing based on the AIDA model has an effect on increasing brand awareness and sales, although financial performance experienced fluctuations in the early stages of operations. At the end of the study period, profitability showed improvement, so it can be concluded that MSME profitability can improve with the support of digital marketing strategies.
