Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of participative leadership, job satisfaction, and work motivation on employee performance at CV Gmes Toyo Lorok. The study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. All 45 employees were included as respondents using a total sampling technique. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple regression with SPSS to examine the influence of the independent variables on employee performance.
The results show that participative leadership and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction also has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. However, participative leadership does not significantly affect work motivation, and work motivation does not significantly affect employee performance. This study provides practical implications for improving employee performance.
