Abstract
Tolitoli Regency is a regency located in Central Sulawesi Province. Most of the people in Tolitoli Regency work in agriculture, producing nutmeg, pepper, coffee, cloves, cocoa, and coconuts. Every year, Tolitoli Regency's agricultural products have a significant economic impact due to the steady increase in crop yields. However, in 2022, the bridge connecting Baolan District and Tambun District, which is the main access route for the people of Tolitoli Regency, was destroyed by flooding, forcing the community to use alternative routes via water transportation. To address this problem, the Salu Bridge project was planned, which includes the planning of the bridge's superstructure, substructure, and construction management. The main structure of the Salu Bridge is planned to use a JIS 3192 quality HSS profile with a Network Tied Arch Bridge type and a span of 100 meters. By maximizing the configuration of diagonally installed cables, the Salu Bridge will have a structural weight of less than 1000 tons. The planning of the abutment/lower structure of the Salu Bridge uses reinforced concrete of type T with a bored pile foundation depth of 18 meters. The construction of the Salu Bridge is planned to take 8 months with a total budget of Rp 29,719,141,000.00.
