Abstract
The agricultural sector contributes significantly to greenhouse gas emissions, necessitating mitigation efforts through sustainable programs. This study aims to analyze the implementation, effectiveness, and impact of the Tawangargo Smart-Eco Farming Village (TAMENG) Program of PT Petrokimia Gresik in supporting the achievement of Net Zero Emissions (NZE). The method used is an interpretive qualitative approach through in-depth interviews and documentation studies, with data analysis of the Miles and Huberman model and Social Return on Investment (SROI) calculations. The results show that the TAMENG Program is effective in increasing farmer capacity, resource efficiency, environmental quality, and contributing to carbon emission reduction. The SROI value of 2.83:1 indicates that the program's benefits exceed the investment incurred.
