Law serves as a means to regulate and shape societal behavior, is important for resolving various difficulties and promotes social change. One approach to achieving justice or equality in the legal system is to provide legal aid to all parties involved in legal matters. This final project will present a comprehensive report on the findings of the analysis and the author's participation in the lawsuit settlement process between Aneka Cipta Mulia Indah Company (client) and MSB (Defendant). The author gained this experience while participating in the CoE internship program at Manayur Sandhita S.H and Partners Law Firm. The company Aneka Cipta Mulia Indah, which was previously led by Wenwandy Soekohin as the president director, is engaged in the development of the " Sawojajar Mas Shophouse Complex " project located in Malang City. To find out the implementation of the case settlement process of shophouse sale-purchase dispute resolved by Non Litigation. The author conducts research using empirical juridical methods which are known as research that goes directly to the field by deepening the existing legal regulations in Indonesia which in the order of community life actually occurs. The process of resolving the case in the settlement of the dispute over the sale and purchase of the shophouse in non-litigation can be said to run normally and smoothly, this is of course very dependent on the efforts we made at the beginning when we were going to start the process of resolving the case of the dispute over the sale and purchase of the shophouse in non-litigation, namely we registered an application for auction execution at the Malang City District Court. In the process of resolving the dispute over the sale and purchase of a shophouse in a non-litigation manner, this is quite enough to require more effort, this can be seen from the total meetings that were held more than twice, which of course each meeting requires a short time and a clear mind in order to convey the wishes or aspirations of the represented party correctly and accurately in order to fight for the interests of each represented party. According to the author, the process of resolving disputes in Indonesia will be very healthy if it is mandatory to settle disputes in a Non Litigation manner which aims to achieve the Win Win Solution final result, of course, if each litigant agrees to do so. That way, it will facilitate the affairs of a court, litigants, and authorized advocates, and can be more effective in obtaining a final result of dispute resolution that is not detrimental.
