PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI TERHADAP KERJA SAMA DENGAN MOTIVASI KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI (Survei Pada Pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Pucuk, Lamongan)

This study aims to: describe the conditions of communication, cooperation, and motivation; analyze the effect of communication on cooperation; analyze the effect of communication on motivation; analyze the effect of work motivation on cooperation; and analyze the mediating role of work motivation in the effect of communication on cooperation. The population of this study consists of 40 employees of the Pucuk District Office, Lamongan, and data were collected using questionnaires. The data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results of this study indicate that communication has a significant positive effect on cooperation, communication has a significant positive effect on motivation, work motivation has a significant positive effect on cooperation, and work motivation is able to mediate the effect of communication on cooperation.
