Abstract

This study aims to describe the condition of leadership style, competence, and employee performance, as well as to analyze the effect of leadership style and competence on employee performance, including identifying the dominant variable influencing employee performance. The population of this study consisted of all employees of Happy Holiday Tour & Travel Bekasi, totaling 55 employees. The sample included 55 respondents, using a census (saturated sampling) technique. This research employed a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, conducted through a survey for data collection.The results indicate that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and leadership style is the dominant variable affecting employee.
