PERAN KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL DALAM MEMBANGUN HUBUNGAN ANTARA INSTRUKTUR DAN PESERTA KURSUS (Studi Pada Karyawan Kursus Mengemudi Dians di Lombok NTB, Kota Mataram)

This study aims to understand the process of how relationships are formed within a work team through interpersonal communication. The work team in this study is the 'Dians' driving course located in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB). This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method, with research subjects selected through purposive sampling techniques. The researcher identified 6 research subjects within the staffing structure of the 'Dians' Driving Course, and the valid data was then processed into a research data analysis. The results of this study provide an explanation of the interpersonal communication process that takes place within the work team at the 'Dians' driving course. The results describe the communication patterns that occur while adhering to the theories used in this study.
