Abstract

The Maharesigana website of Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM) functions as an information and administrative service system for students. However, several issues related to usability, information quality, and service interaction may influence user satisfaction. This study aims to evaluate the quality of the Maharesigana UMM website based on user perceptions using the WebQual 4.0 method. Data were collected through questionnaire distribution to students as active users of the website. The data were analyzed quantitatively using validity and reliability tests, followed by multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of usability quality, information quality, and service interaction quality on user satisfaction. The results show that all measurement
instruments are valid and reliable. Simultaneously, the three WebQual 4.0 dimensions have a significant effect on user satisfaction. Partially, usability quality and information
quality have a dominant influence, while service interaction quality shows a relatively lower effect. These findings indicate that the WebQual 4.0 method is effective for measuring website quality. The results of this study are expected to serve as evaluation material and provide recommendations for improving the quality of website services to enhance user satisfaction.
