Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction, training programs, and work-life balance on employees’ intention to stay at PT Pegadaian Area Malang. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires to all employees. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis to examine the effect of each independent variable on employees’ intention to stay. The results indicate that job satisfaction, training programs, and work-life balance have a positive and significant effect on employees’ intention to stay. These findings suggest that employees who feel satisfied with their jobs, receive appropriate training support, and are able to balance their work and personal lives tend to have a stronger intention to remain with the organization. The practical implications of this study highlight the importance of strengthening human resource management practices, particularly in improving job satisfaction, the effectiveness of training programs, and policies that support work-life balance.
