Abstract

This study examines the influence of Employee Well Being and Situational Leadership on employee loyalty at Yonky Salon Bekasi. Employee loyalty has become a strategic concern for modern organizations facing rapid changes in work structures, technology, and workforce expectations. The study aims to investigate how employee well being and leadership style contribute to maintaining long-term commitment and satisfaction among employees. This research employs a quantitative associative approach using a total sampling method with 37 employees as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression, including validity, reliability, and hypothesis testing with t-test and F-test. The results indicate that Employee Well Being and Situational Leadership individually have a significant positive effect on employee loyalty. Simultaneously, both factors jointly influence loyalty, highlighting that employee well being and adaptive leadership complement each other in fostering commitment, motivation, and attachment to the organization. High employee well being and effective situational leadership create a supportive work environment, encourage engagement, and reduce turnover. The study concludes that organizations should integrate well being programs with situational leadership practices to enhance employee loyalty, ensuring long-term organizational sustainability and performance.
