Abstract

This study discusses the management of social media accounts, particularly Instagram, by Gartenhaus Co-Working Space in order to build relationships with its consumers. The purpose of this study is to understand how social media accounts are managed in building relationships with consumers. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method. Data was obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation with the owner and consumers. The findings show that the management of Gartenhaus' Instagram account plays an important role in building communication, creating brand image, and attracting consumer interest. The management strategy implemented includes preparing a weekly content plan, determining pillar content that focuses on products, ambience, and the customer community, as well as consistently utilizing Instagram features such as reels, stories, and feeds. Account management is carried out directly by the business owner, so that the value and character of the business can be conveyed authentically.
