Abstract

The research aims to determine the level of turnover intention, work family conflict, and work stress, as well as to analyze the influence of work family conflict on turnover intention with work stress as a mediating variable. The research was conducted at PT. Abebersa Pratama Bekasi with a sample size of 60 respondents. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Data collection was done through questionnaire distribution. Analysis data methods used were scale range and path analysis assisted by SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of this study indicate that the levels of turnover intention, work family conflict, and work stress at PT. Abebersa Pratama are categorized as high. Work family conflict significantly influences turnover intention, work family conflict significantly influences work stress, work stress significantly influences turnover intention, and work stress mediates the influence of work family conflict on turnover intention.
