Abstract

This study optimizes supply chain SOPs at PT Indotama Seraya Artha to address inefficiencies and return losses of Rp. 87.093.424. Employing Participatory Action Research (PAR) and the CIPP model, the evaluation revealed existing SOPs were merely disciplinary rules and failed to serve as technical guidelines. Consequently, purchasing and distribution center SOPs were transformed into flowchart formats, and a new returns SOP was designed to standardize verification. These changes aim to clarify responsibilities, reduce dependency on individuals, ensure data accuracy, and prevent financial losses, thereby enhancing operational effectiveness.
