Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere on revisit intention, with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable at the Tenthirty Cafe, Dau branch. The study employed explanatory research with a quantitative approach and accidental non-probability sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the scale range method and path analysis with IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The results indicate that store atmosphere and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on revisit intention. Store atmosphere also has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, customer satisfaction has been shown to mediate the effect of store atmosphere on revisit intention. These findings confirm that well-managed store atmosphere can increase satisfaction and encourage customers to revisit the Tenthirty Cafe, Dau branch.
