Abstract
This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of work motivation and job satisfaction on employee work discipline. A quantitative research method with an explanatory approach was used in this study. The population in this study included 97 employees of PT Margi Purnama. The research sample was taken from the total population using a sampling technique, namely total sampling, by reducing 25 pre-research respondents, so that the main research sample consisted of 72 employees. The data collection technique in this study was to use a questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis with tests conducted including instrument testing using validity and reliability tests, scale range analysis, and classical assumption tests, as well as hypothesis testing consisting of t-tests and F-tests with the help of the SPSS version 26 program. The results of the study indicate that work motivation has a significant effect on work discipline, job satisfaction does not have a significant effect on work discipline, and work motivation and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on work discipline.
